Communication Breakdown? No Way! We've Got IMs!

Hello, my guys and dolls! As all of you should be well aware by now, I like to make it my top priority to make everyone’s experiences with me as enjoyable as is possible. Given that fact, I would like to take this opportunity to point out my typical protocol for making IM interactions in particular flow as smoothly as is possible.

With regard to casual IMs, I am always open to a brief chat when I am not in session. I certainly encourage you to drop in and say “Hi,” introduce yourself, inform me of the type of session in which you are most interested, present preliminary questions regarding potential sessions, bat around scheduling plans, and give a check-in or update. While we can certainly lay a foundation prior to our session, focusing on the precise details of a session –in what I will have you dressing, my specific methods for what/how I may instruct you to do something, giving you assignments, punishing or rewarding you, etc.- are items we will address once we are one-on-one and you have 100% of my focus and attention.

One thing that is very important for you to keep in mind when IM’ing me is the fact that I may be addressing a number of IMs that are incoming simultaneously. While it might take me a few minutes to acknowledge and respond to your IM, be sure that I will get to you in as timely a manner as possible. It is my goal that everyone who IMs me knows I make a strong point of getting to every single person, regardless of whether he/she new to contacting me or an old pro with whom I am very familiar. I will respond to you, so please bear with me and be patient. =-)

The rule for IM’ing when I am in session is simply this: I don’t. It is my highest priority to devote all of my effort, focus, time, and attention on my client who is in session with me. I want each and every paid text and calling client –as well as potential clients- to know that I allow nothing to distract me or take me away from you or our time when we are in session. This is a hard and fast rule of mine and a non-negotiable point. When you request a session from me, I have every intention of giving you the respect that you should expect – and you deserve! I give every single client that same courtesy and will settle for nothing less.

If you IM me and I do not respond within a few minutes, please check my status, which appears in both the main Yahoo Messenger box as well as the dialogue box (in the upper left-hand corner next to my name). Although I try to be diligent in setting my status to indicate that I am in session, once in a great while I may be remiss in changing my message. If I neglect to respond to you in a timely manner, please assume that I am currently with a client, and I will respond to you once my session has concluded.

As always, your patience is greatly appreciated, my pets! I hope this entry will be illuminating and help us all have the most effective communication experience possible.
